The Catalyst Foundation is a supportive services organization in the Antelope Valley committed to inspiring transformative change. We work to reduce the impact of abuse and trauma on individuals, families, and communities through direct services, public education, and the empowerment of those directly affected and historically disenfranchised.
Our programs place a special focus on supporting youth, transitional age youth, and emerging adults; particularly those experiencing homelessness; as they navigate critical life transitions. We also assist formerly incarcerated individuals as they reenter our community, helping them build stability and achieve lasting success.
In addition, we are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of low-income, uninsured, and unhoused individuals through outreach, education, supportive social services, and connections to comprehensive medical and mental health care.
Guided by a “whatever it takes, for as long as it takes” philosophy, we stand beside our participants every step of the way toward healing, stability, and self-sufficiency.
“No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.”
