Seeks to reduce recidivism by connecting individuals who have been incarcerated in the California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation (CDCR), with an emphasis on those currently on parole, to relevant organizations and services. Please note that you do not have to be on parole to qualify. BSCC-WHO case managers with lived experience will help individuals by determining their needs and providing wrap-around case management services.
